Minerva University seeks an experienced and strategic professional to lead all operational, leasing, and housing responsibilities for its San Francisco headquarter and residential facilities. The Director of Facilities & Housing Operations is responsible for overseeing real estate strategy, occupancy management, vendor coordination, and facilities logistics in order to provide a high-performing and cost-effective environment for students and staff.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications, the Public Relations and Communications Sr. Manager will serve as a strategic communications leader responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive internal and external communications strategies.

Financial Aid Coordinator

The Financial Aid Coordinator will work closely with prospective and admitted students to effectively communicate Minerva University’s financial aid processes, process incoming student financial aid applications, and offer financial aid counseling to incoming students and their families.

The Coaching & Talent Development (CTD) team supports Minerva's mission by empowering Minerva students to create and pursue meaningful lives and careers by exploring, identifying, testing, and developing the skills and characteristics that will support them to thrive personally and professionally.
