Bio

Camila Loureiro is the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Special Assistant to the President at Minerva University. In this role, she supports the advancement of university-wide priorities by coordinating cross-functional projects, executive operations, global initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Her work spans institutional planning, research and analysis, executive communications, and the development of systems that strengthen collaboration across the university.

Camila began her career at Minerva in Enrollment, where she oversaw regional recruitment strategies and led outreach and partnership initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Her experience at the university also includes work in the Science of Learning research team. Having first joined the Minerva community as a student, she brings an understanding of the institution shaped by experiences across multiple academic, operational, and regional contexts.

Camila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Minerva University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Originally from Brazil, she is based in San Francisco, California.

Research
