Bio
Sam Morales is the Senior Director of Public Relations & Communications at Minerva University, where she leads the development and execution of the university’s internal and external communications strategies. Her work focuses on elevating Minerva’s global profile, advancing its thought leadership, strengthening media relations, and fostering clear and meaningful communication across the university community.
She brings more than seven years of experience in media relations, communications strategy, client services, and crisis communications, with particular expertise in purpose-driven work for corporations and nonprofit organizations. Before joining Minerva, Sam worked at global firm, Allison Worldwide, where she specialized in brand purpose and led campaigns for clients including Aflac, California Online Public Schools, Ceres, GoDaddy, FIRST Robotics, and Red Robin.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
