Tina Lo

Tina currently serves as Director of Finance at Minerva University where she brings over a decade of experience aligning financial strategy with institutional growth across nonprofit and SaaS sectors. She oversees a comprehensive financial ecosystem encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, work study management, bursar operations, and financial aid administration. Her goal is to create a student-centric financial environment that supports Minerva’s innovative educational model.

Prior to Minerva University, Tina held finance leadership roles in the SaaS sector, where she led financial transformations during periods of rapid growth and organizational change. Her experience at Minerva Project provided valuable insight into the intersection of finance, technology, and global education, which strengthened her ability to align financial strategy with mission-driven innovation.

Tina holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Managerial Economics and Japanese Studies from the University of California, Davis, graduating with high honors. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Boston University.
